1/ Babysitting
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• If you need to cancel a booking, you may not claim that deposit back. It is not fair to other families who were interested in your date and are now not able to use my services due to the booking falling through.
• If I need to cancel due to illness or certain circumstances, I will discuss with you about the arrangements.
2/ Workshops
• Tickets are priced per child. Sibling tickets are priced at half the price of one child. One or two adults may accompany each child.
• Each child or baby must have a prepaid ticket. Non-walking babies are free, please specify upon your booking.
All tickets must be booked and paid for. You can book through my page on the day. You will need a confirmation ticket from me before your booking is accepted. Sorry, we cannot accept cash purchases.
• Tickets are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations.
• The workshops will need adult supervision at all times.
• If your child has any allergies, please do inform me in advance. I will do my best to accommodate your child’s needs.
3/ Loyalty Card
• Loyalty cards are applicable to all services: babysitting, workshops, parties and weddings.
• One booking is one stamp.
• Please do ask during your booking session or at the end of the session to stamp your card.
• Loyalty cards do not hold any cash or credit value.
4/ Gift Voucher
• The gift voucher is not redeemable for cash.
• The gift voucher is non-transferable and resale is prohibited.
• If a gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, a replacement will not be provided in these circumstances.
• The gift voucher is not to be combined with other vouchers and is not valid with other promos and offers.
